We pack extremely carefully, using thick mailers and extra padding. We ship by DHL/UPS/DHL, or the Post. Parcels are insured against loss. Tracking is always available.
Return Policy
We will offer partial or full refunds for faulty records, or records damaged in transit. In principle, vinyl is non-returnable.
